Joan has experience in Business Management, Human Resources, Federal Procurement, Event Planning, and Corporate Recruiting. She holds a BS Degree in Management from Arizona State University. Her past experiences include working for the National Center for American Indian Enterprise Development as a Management Consultant and Senior Procurement Specialist, Human Resources at Intel Corporation and the Indian Health Service, and as a Small Business Owner. Joan has earned certification from Turner Construction for completing their Construction Management Training Course.

Carole has experience in Business Administration, Proposal Writing, Residential and Program Manager, Directorship, and a Lecturer and an Educator. She holds a BS Degree in Business Administration, General Studies from Northern Arizona University, a Masters Degree in Education from Northern Arizona University and a Masters Degree in Educational Leadership from the University of Arizona. Her past experiences include working for the Inter-Tribal Council of Arizona, Pascua Yaqui Tribe Education Department, The Navajo Nation Division of Public Safety, the Navajo Nation Special Diabetes Project, Jeehdeeza Academy, Inc., she taught at Leupp Schools, Inc., Little Singer Community School, Pinon Unified School District, Chinle Unified School District, and Phoenix Union High School District. She taught under-graduate and graduate courses at the University of Arizona and South Mountain Community College. Carole has worked with all 23 tribes in Arizona and is bilingual/literate in Navajo/English.
