The Arizona NABEC is not a lending institution or granting agency, but rather a management and technical assistance center. The center will however, assist in locating the appropriate funding (debt or equity financing) source for the development of each client's business or assist you with packaging your loan application. Be advised that most lenders require a personal investment of at least 25-30% equity contribution by the business owner.
